Vendor costs are paid directly to vendors
Our service fees cover planning and coordination. Vendor costs (venues, catering, photography, design, entertainment, and other third-party services) are usually paid directly to the vendor by you, based on the vendor’s invoice and contract terms.
Availability is confirmed after scope
After we understand your timeline, city, and priorities, we help check vendor availability and recommend options. If a vendor is not available, we’ll propose alternatives that fit your plan.
What affects scope and cost
